Order Processing Time. After your order confirmation arrives, all purchases will be processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Higher order volumes during peak periods may extend processing schedules. Customers will receive alerts promptly once any notable delays take place.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping fees for your purchase will be calculated and displayed when you reach checkout. Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery period of 15 business days. These timelines are merely estimates and can shift due to courier backlogs, customs screening, extreme weather, logistical bottlenecks or official holidays.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking. As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, an email with shipment confirmation and tracking references will be sent to you. Incorrect Address Disclaimer. Please double-check that your delivery address is full and accurate before submitting your payment. Kit Tsun LEE accepts no liability for parcels delivered to inaccurate or incomplete addresses entered by buyers. If a package is returned due to address mistakes, reshipping charges will apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages. If your parcel goes missing in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days after the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation. If electronic products arrive broken upon receipt, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and supply clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging materials. We will examine your claim and settle the issue quickly.
Electronics Handling and Usage Notice. Each electronic unit must be operated following the user guide included with your order. Kit Tsun LEE shall not be held accountable for malfunctions or damage brought by incompatible power input, unauthorized component disassembly, improper operation or other misuse of electronic merchandise.
International Shipping and Customs Notice. Cross-border shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes and other related levies set by the receiving region. All such fees must be covered by the customer and are not incorporated into product prices or delivery costs.
